Find a place in your home that feels grounded, inspiring & magnetic. You’ll be returning here weekly for live transmissions, so let it reflect your highest self. Light a candle. Add a crystal, a flower, a piece of art that symbolizes yourSOUL™ perspective.
2. Begin Your EDM Journal Practice
This isn’t about daily journaling prompts, it’s about data tracking for your consciousness.
Each morning, ask:
• What frequency am I waking up in?
• What does my body need to feel excited today?
• What coded cookies do I have stored in the tabs of my life (relationships, family, business, wellness, community, lifestyle)
At night, record what shifted when you followed your energy instead of your effort.
3. Conscious Consumption Detox
In the weeks leading up to January 1st, reduce input that dulls your signal. Limit external “shoulds,” opinions & information overload. You’re entering an energetic recalibration, so make space for silence, movement & music that raises your frequency.
